The following were elected as officers of the ICS:

- Jan Sykulski, UK (Secretary/Treasurer/Editor)
- David Lowther, Canada (Vice-President, The Americas)
- Norio Takahashi, Japan (Vice-President, Asia and Oceania)
- Joao Pedro Bastos, Brazil (Secretary, The Americas)
- Xiang Cui, China (Secretary, Asia and Oceania, until July 2011)
